Contractor Service Agreement

1 Workflow & Project Management

• Task Requests: All design briefs, project details, and deadlines will be issued through Freedcamp.
• Communication: Primary communication will be done via Freedcamp and email. Phone calls and WhatsApp may be used for quick talks and urgent updates.
• Monthly Deliverables: You are responsible for managing the volume of tasks assigned for the calendar month.
• Review & Storage: All draft and final high-resolution artworks must be uploaded to the designated Google Drive folders. 4D Creative will use this as the primary source for review, feedback, and final storage.

2 Payment & Invoicing

• Monthly Schedule:
  - 25th of the month (based on deliverables): Submit your invoice to accounts.
  - 30th/31st of the month: Payouts are processed and issued.
• Bulk Discount: A 25% discount applies to the Designer’s standard rate for "Bulk Requests." A bulk request is defined as:
  • Quantity: Over five (5) items of the same category (e.g., 5+ social media posts, 5+ web banners, or 5+ posters).
  • Exclusion: Complex, high-level creative tasks (e.g., a full logo suite or brand guidelines) are billed at standard rates unless otherwise negotiated.

3 Provided Resources

As a contractor, you are granted access to 4D Creative's premium accounts for Freepik and Flat Icon.

• Personal Use: You may use these resources sparingly for your own personal projects.
• Account Security: You agree not to share these credentials or distribute assets outside of 4D Creative projects.

4 Termination & "Work-to-Completion" Policy

• Notice Period: Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days' written notice.
• Payment Condition: Upon notice of termination, only deliverables that are 100% completed and approved will be eligible for payment.
• Work in Progress: 4D Creative will not provide partial payments for tasks that have been started but remain incomplete or unapproved at the time the contract ends.

5 Legal Basics

• Ownership: All final artworks and source files created for 4D Creative are the exclusive property of the Company.
• Confidentiality: You agree to keep all project briefs and internal strategies strictly confidential.
• Status: You are an independent contractor and are responsible for your own tax obligations.
