Tier 3: Packaging Operations Retainer

Best suited for: Mid- to large consumer brands with 20+ active SKUs, multiple retail channels, and a production calendar that cannot absorb packaging delays.

Custom Ops Fee

Monthly operations fee, quoted based on SKU count, market count, and print volume. We take on a maximum of 2 packaging operations partners at a time. You get a dedicated lead, not a queue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Onboarding takes less than 24 hours after you sign the agreement. Your marketing and operations teams get a direct channel for briefs and approvals. Procurement handles the commercial side in parallel. No sequential handoffs.
Sell sheets, price guides, and single POS assets: first draft within 24 to 48 business hours. Packaging updates and in-store kits: first draft within 3 business days. Full new product launches with dieline and 3D renders: 5 to 7 business days. All timelines start from creative brief approval, not from the initial email.
Retainer scope is locked for the billing cycle. Changes are reviewed at the start of each quarter and take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. No mid-cycle downgrades. Overages beyond your included task count are billed at Tier 1 rates.
Print-ready PDFs matched to your printer's technical spec (CMYK or Pantone, dieline, bleed, font embedding). Editable source files in Adobe Creative Cloud format. Web-optimised PDFs under 5MB for digital deployment. All delivered alongside a pre-press QC checklist confirming what was checked before handoff.
If the file fails a technical check at the printer's end, we fix it within 1 business day at no charge. If the rejection is due to a spec mismatch (your printer uses a format we weren't given at onboarding), we update the spec and re-deliver. If the file passed our pre-press checklist and the printer still rejects it on a technicality, we work with both parties to resolve it within 2 business days.
You do. Full transfer of IP on all deliverables upon final payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
90 days' written notice. If cancelled mid-cycle, you are billed through the end of the current billing period. All source files and active work in progress are delivered before the end date.
You use your existing vendor. At onboarding, we collect their technical spec sheet (file format, colour mode, dieline template, bleed requirements). We build to that spec. If you don't have a vendor yet, we can recommend one, but the relationship is yours, not ours.
