The Public Procurement Commission (PPC) is the independent body responsible for overseeing and regulating government procurement in Jamaica. Established to promote transparency, fairness, and efficiency in public sector contracting, the PPC ensures that procurement processes follow established guidelines and deliver value for public funds.

PPC needed a clear, well-designed report to present detailed procurement data. The content was technical, the layout had to be accessible, and the timeline was tight.

Solution

We worked closely with PPC to organise and structure over 100 pages of content, designing charts, tables, and infographics that made complex data easy to understand. We applied their brand colours, fonts, and visual style throughout. The report was delivered in both print and digital formats, meeting all formatting and accessibility standards. The result was a clean, professional report that clearly communicated key information and received positive feedback from stakeholders.
